Return and refund policy

  1. Return will be processed only if:
    • The product is delivered in defective/Damaged condition or different from the ordered item.
    Disclaimer !
    • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
    • The product is not different from what was shipped to you
    • The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
  2. If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, a refund would be issued to you.
  3. If the correct product (what you ordered) has been delivered by us but still you want to return for some reason then
    • Only prepaid order will be collect by our courier partner with some extra charges
    • otherwise You will have to deliver all the products by yourself to the company's warehouse and refund would be issued to you.
